Lord Rennard speaks on behalf of the people of Liverpool in order to support a managed recovery from the Covid Pandemic. Local authority leaders of Liverpool were not trusted to manage recovery with the test and trace system.
Due to the rise in infections of the Coronavirus virus new measures are in place in Liverpool. Due to the transmission rate increasing, the city of Liverpool has therefore been placed into the highest tier.
