Did anything in the King’s Speech address the crisis in the NHS?

This week both Houses of Parliament are debating the contents of the speech delivered by King Charles, but written by the new Labour Government. The State Opening of Parliament is a ceremony held at the beginning of every parliamentary session. The King’s speech is of great significance following a change of Government as it sets out how the new Prime Minister intends to legislate for measures to take the country in a different direction.
